Pastor Justin Goodman is a distinguished community leader, speaker, mentor, published author, pastor, and business professional based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. A native of Suffolk, he pursued his higher education at Norfolk State University and later earned a Bachelor of Practical Ministry from the University of the Supernatural Ministry in Miami, Florida.

As the founder and lead pastor of Hope City Church in Downtown Suffolk, Justin is committed to fostering a thriving, anointed ministry that serves individuals from diverse backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and ethnicities. His deep passion for community engagement is further exemplified through his nonprofit organization, Project 36, which provides ministry, hope, and practical support to individuals and families affected by the criminal justice system.

Beyond his ministry work, Pastor Justin is a dedicated entrepreneur. He co-owns Good Guys Tires and Auto Care, a premier tire and auto service shop in Downtown Suffolk, alongside his brother. Additionally, he and his mother operate Comfort Care In-Home Service, a business dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care.
